Panasonic W8

So this is very sad. After a long story with Paypal, I finally was able to place my order with conics.net for my awesome Panasonic Let’s Note W8 notebook. I was thinking that in 2 weeks, maybe I will fit in with the APOC group more if I have a laptop (my last one sadly died last summer. In case you are curious, it was a 17″ Mac Powerbook G4).

So not happening…

Note: Panasonic today sent a message, all orders for W8 with color tops (and 3 year warranty) have been put on hold as they are preparing to release a new model.

And so more delays!

It is also scary how fast manufacturers are churning out new models after new models. Let’s just hope software developers can catch up with the hardware developments so that we can actually utilize the innovations.
